might be a weird question.. where do you get haircut? (men)

so.. uh.. Where do you guys get hair-cut?
It'd be nice to hear some answers from "hair sensitive" person. haha
Im really hair sensitive.. Its almost ridiculous that a guy could have "bad hair day". lol.
well, its not that bad, but I do get a little stressed when I style my hair and it turns out like total shit.
I usually forget as the day goes on, but I can't stand when I get a horrible hair cut.

so where do you guys get your hair cut? Just any local hair shop?
I used to go to this japanese hair cutting place, where most guys go.. but Im sick of paying $30 per cut.

In my washroom, with a Wahl clipper

If you want a decent cut, don't skimp for $30 bucks. My bro went to a new guy with a cheaper price that was recommended, he got butchered.

In my bathroom. I have an old shower shaving mirror that has a little magnification. With that and the regular bathroom mirror and a set of Wahl clippers, I've been cutting my own hair for about 8 years now.

Wahl clippers seem to work the best for me. I get a new set every couple years, where I was replacing other brands every six mos. I have thick hair.

I just go to a local barber, $20 with tip. They do a great job everytime. I always go with the same guy to keep it consistent though....

$20? You sure it's not a salon?

crew salon @ the lab in costa mesa. kinda pricey but worth it imo. you can tell their good if they run their fingers in your hair to know the texture/what to do with it. look to pay $35-$50 -_-

Flobee

J/K...i keep it short, so I need to go every 2 weeks. $30 would be too much for me. I go to a barber next to my house that charges $7. I pay $10 including tip. Not the best cuts, but you really can't mess up a short hair cut too much. Besides, i'm married so i don't need to look too good, and I'm ugly so a haircut ain't gonna make/break me.

$10 + tip.

Gone to the same lady since my first one when I was like 2. I will never pay more than $15.

Practice, and when in doubt, go longer. It's a bitch to glue the little strands back on.

I go to Sports Clips. For about $20 you get hair cut, shampoo, and head message. For a couple bucks more they also give you a shoulder message. They aslo have TV monitors next to you so you can watch sports while you get your hair cut. I haven't tried a hair salon cuz my hair grows out too fast. I gotta get it cut every 3 weeks.
