Unhappy M235i Headlights replaced by dealer. Need Help!

I just had both headlights changed by the dealer. Now the light pattern in front of the car is two fine little beams. If I adjust them high enough to be of ANY use driving down the road, the high beams am VERY high in the air. I have driven this car every day for the last 4 years and know that the headlights were not like this. It has been in the shop 3 times and each time they just play with the up/down and left/right adjustments. This has to be some kind of focus issue, but I can find no adjustment for that.

Could someone PLEASE shine their M235i lights on their garage door and post a pic? If I can take them pics of what it should be vs what it is, maybe they will understand. (I only have 2.5 days of warranty left to get it fixed.)

The dealer has a bay dedicated for just headlight adjustments. Even a brand new cars off the assembly line, the headlights have to be adjusted.

Thank you for the picture. If you look at the pattern on the wall you in the video you will see that there i not the tiny bright spot with black all around it. This is a focal length issue. The light never spreads out. You have 1 very bright spot (or line on the road) surrounded by compete darkness.

The dealer has adjusted them 3 times. Does anyone know if there is a focus adjustment that can be done? Maybe software?

They're likely installed wrong inside. are the "bulbs" separate? they're probably not all the way in the holes or something.

There is a thread with 2-series specific info and pics - I think it is a bit different than this 5 series one. But I'm betting on the bulb not being fully seated in the housing or perhaps the wrong length bulb.

What was the reason they needed replacing?
