Bmw 228i rpm drop

So for the past month I've been experiencing an issue with my 228i where when under hard acceleration the rpms drop by about 500-1000 before climbing back up again and during this the power drops aswell. It also seems to be using more fuel but I don't know if I'm imagining this. A few days ago I got a drivetrain fault message which cleared for a day or 2 but has come back now. I plugged a scanner into it and got an array of codes which after clearing them and taking it a drive only 3 came back. The car is on 85000 miles with the oil and filter changed 2000 miles ago with the good stuff. I originally thought spark plugs or coil packs but I've checked the couple packs and they seem to be fine but I've not checked the spark plugs yet although they were only changed 8000 miles ago so now I'm leaning more towards clutch but really just guessing at this point. Anyone who's experienced similar, knows how to test for anything it could be or has experienced something similar would be very much appreciated.

Have tried to attach videos of the rpm drop but it won’t let me attach videos

I dunno but you should probably consider this bit of info in any case. Good luck.

Thanks for the link, how did you find something like that did you just look up the fault codes?

NP I recalled seeing it posted here in the past and yes, I just Googled it. Google does a better job of searching these forums than the local search tool does.
