FS: 4 OEM MPSS tires staggered (2 225/40, 2 245/35)
For Sale: 4 Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, staggered, fits M240. 2 225/40 ZR18 2 235/35 ZR18 OEM BMW "Star" which came with the car when purchased. Asking $300 plus shipping if required I just had all-season tires placed on the car. I put about 8-9K on these tires which are great, but I'm spending $100-$150 each time to swap them out between seasons. I don't drive too spirited so there is plenty of tread (see pics). The BMW dealership rates the tread at 6mm, which is between 7/32 and 8/32 (see my service invoice). They probably have 60%-70% tread remaining. Never used at low pressure or very cold temps, no bubbles or excessive tire noise. Car and tires maintained in garage or climate-controlled storage. Free local pickup, I'm willing to meet up with anyone in the area between DC and NYC areas (I live outside of Philly). Will ship from zip code 18977. For those in more temperate places, a set of 4 OEM staggered MPSS set you back $1000+ so pick these up at about 1/3 price. Last edited by theBORTthe; 10-23-2018 at 07:54 AM.. Still available....shipping to the west coast from PA has been outrageous though. UPS quoted me at $104 per tire to Washington state.
Probably will sell locally to anyone between D.C. and Boston. |

These tires are not run-flat, they are the OEM tires that come with the staggered setup and the "performance summer tire" option for the M235i build.
Some people are returning leases where they say they need run-flats, which can't possibly be correct if these are the tires that are factory installed. Pretty sure you can build a new M240i with the same option and MPSS. PS- run flat tires SUCK!!! |
