Muffler delete

Hi guys,

Iʻm new to the forum. I did a muffler delete to my 228 about 4 o 5 months ago. Sounded great, minimum or no drone. However, recently it has started to drone more. Any ideas what can be the cause of it?

Thanks in advance.

Is it actual drone or is it a vibrating sound?

It sounds like a diesel truck in eco which it didnʻt before and then it vibrates. What can it be? a leak maybe?

Heat shield. Check to make sure the shield isn't pushing against anything like piping. There is flexing going on while you drive so get under the car and push your exhaust around and see if it touches or rubs the shield in any way.

I can confirm that the exhaust is louder in ECO PRO than other modes with the muffler deleted.
