Traffic no longer displays

The traffic feature on my 2015 M235 has stopped working. I called Sirius because I thought they supplied the traffic feed but they said they don't. So then I called Schomp and the service tech was new and didn't know and never called me back. So does anyone here know how to get it started back up?

Yah, you have a 2015 and like shadowfax, I'm betting your RITI subscription expired. You should be able to renew it for a fee.

Same thing happened to me. Also the BMW M Laptimer app no longer works. There is an option to buy the service for $50 a year.
