Doesn't the M2 (F87) have the same brace as the F23?????

It probably does and intake fits both but it looks like they have not tested it on the F23 so "officially" they cannot confirm fitment

The M2 (and F23) require the brace to be cut, at least for the Dinan install. Here I imagine some tin snips could make quick work of the corner of the heat shield, by the logo, if needed.
