I've been swapping to these for a couple of decades on different cars. They also supply some OEMs for original equipment. Always excellent results. No dust and quiet. Not quite the initial "bite" of pads for more aggressive driving, but for normal street use, I've not found better. You can order easily from Tire Rack.

Did these too. The biggest pro is the lack of dust vs non ceramic pads. You can go weeks without detailing the wheels any only notice a bit of white dust. I also haven't ever felt like I needed more braking ability on the road with them.

Depends on the usage and level of aggressiveness when driving. I had no issues with them on daily drivers in Michigan for 20+ years.
