While analysis is generally a good thing I have to share a story. My house generator had only a few hours on it in 6 years (including the weekly health run). Sent a sample and the result came back 'good except for a tiny amount of glycol'. Fortunately I realized that the engine is air cooled. Could have been a huge wasted effort if liquid cooled.
