What is a reasonable price for used bm3 licence?

Can't seem to find a lot of prices available for a used, once-owned (so still transferrable) bootmod3 licence - anyone bought one recently/knows what would be reasonable for one?

I have seen it on sale for anywhere from 250 to 450. They are not a high volume item so price varies.
