2017 MT m240i 35k miles North Carolina
Considering getting into a truck so I can haul my bike around easier. This is my second m240. The first I owned for 3 years and I sold before I moved to Korea for a year. I have owned this one since returning in Dec 2021. I got a trade in offer of $31000 and it kbbs for $32000 private party. This of course does not take into account the modifications. Instead of going through the hassle of parting out I would prefer to sell to an enthusiast who is looking for a spec like this. I have about a year on my first m240 stock and a lot of these mods make a significant change IMO. Never tracked or abused, I drive it normally 99% of the time and after 4 years of driving stick I am ready for a change. I will take close up photos of every inch this weekend, as well as a exhaust sound video. Inside is in excellent condition with black leather. Comes with extra set of wheels. Just enough to rub slightly under very heavy compression. No other corner has experienced rubbing. Not sure if it is the wheel offset being slightly off, or just not completely precise production. I have been driving with it for 10 months now no issues but a couple ways to remedy the situation: 1: put 245s on the rear (I am confident the 5mm decrease on the outside will allow it to clear) 2: remove lower control arm, drop coil and raise coil-overs the last 2 rings. Tried doing it without removing the spring but its too close to the top to move (will require realignment obviously) 3: go stock suspension or dinan springs 4: rock the 719s 5: leave as is?
