Bootmod3 + RaceChip

Well, I looked for similar posts but didn't see any. Please forgive me if I missed it.

What I am essentially trying to figure out is how much boost in psi does race chip rs add? I just flashed BM3 and I love it, but curious about what psi to limit bm3 to so that I can also use race chip and not absolutely overblow the turbo with too much pressure. I read that the stock psi is between 12-13 psi, and the absolute max is at 22+. I'm looking to sit right around 16-19 for longevity and reliability's sake.

Right now I have the RaceChip turned off and BM3 limited at 17 psi. I have a catless downpipe and a charge pipe. Reached out to race chip themselves and asked for specifics regarding numbers on the b46 engine.

Also, noticed BM3 disabled revmatching? did anyone else experience this change?

It adds up to 5 PSI, i do not recommend running both together as it will add boost blindly, which can cause serious damage.

if you must run a piggyback with a flash tune, get the Jb4 since it can datalog and can be fine tuned

After giving it some thought, I just realized its stupid to want to set bm3's boost limit down to accomodate for the piggy back.. makes no sense to do that. A sincere brain fart. I just leave it off and set BM3 to 17psi max. Do you know how i could sell the racechip rs more effectively?

it's a popular tune, list it on the classified section and it should be gone in no time
