Performance Driving School Recommendations

Anyone have any preferences or recommendations for performance driving lessons in the Seattle area? From what I can find online it seems like Proformance and the BMW Car Club of America may be the only gigs in town. Have I missed any others? Anyone have experience with both?

Cheers,

Chad

The BMW Club should be a great option. I have not run with the PNW area chapter but the BMW Club has standards / guidelines set at the national level. They insist on a very safe event and accomplish this by only using competent instructors for the first three levels, experienced flag staff and required classroom sessions.

I have driven with the DC and NC Chapters and found them to be consistently excellent!

I suggest you contact the local BMW HPDE rep for advice.

Ps. They are normally 20% less expensive than the commercial operators.

I have done both. Either one will give you an excellent education on driving your BMW. As a previous poster said, the BMW Club will be much more cost effective. Some times Performance makes you drive their cars instead of your own. I would prefer to get the experience in my BMW.
