Wouldn't 50% Meth and 50% distilled water act as the same as boost juice without the red dye added? That's what I plan to start with as a baseline. Now that all the parts are on,of course there's a problem with the wiring. There's 2 wires that need to go into pins 3 and 14, and there's already a wire going into the #14 pin hole. Anyone have any ideas? I know for a fact I have a ewg board.
Update:I emailed Terry and you're able to splice the purple wire(#14) in with the wire which I'm assuming is the power for the pump. Last edited by Csmoove195; 05-14-2016 at 06:49 PM.. |

Update: So the kit comes with a 1 gallon tank and a separate threaded brass connection, and you have to drill and tap into the tank to make the connection. The 2.3g tank option has a built in connection to hook right up to. I was talking to Terry back and forth and I'll be returning the 1 gal in exchange for the 2.3. My performance guy and I both agreed that it was too sketchy and seemed unreliable to just tap into a plastic bottle when we're dealing with flammable liquid in the trunk. Not to mention on the 2.3g there is a spot to hook the pump onto instead of finding a place and making a bracket to screw somewhere in the trunk.

The wait is finally over, I got it installed over the weekend and all i can say is wow. I don't really know how else to explain the feeling but its like having another turbo kick in after the first one lol
I do not regret returning the 1 gallon in exchange for the 2.3 gallon just because it's of a much higher quality(sadly it's a little bit of $$$) a simple and safer attatchment for the vinyl tubing hookup, and no brackets for the pump which is now conveniently tucked away under the backside of the tank for stealth. There's backfires, more gurgles, viscous downshifts, and a hell of a pull when you get past 3k rpm. As for how long it takes before I run out of my first tank, I'll figure that out when it happens. I'm currently running 50/50 mix and no problems after driving for a few hours last night. Last edited by Csmoove195; 06-15-2016 at 03:30 PM.. |

So I just ran out of meth today, there's definitely a noticeable power difference between map 2 and 3, and I thought map 2 was quick for what it was beforehand lol. I definitely like the fail safe that switches maps for you when you're empty.

Reviving this post. I'm running a 328i with full bolt on. I plan to run meth kit for my car as well.
BMS stealth kit 3 gal tank with the CM7 nozzle. I've been on the edge on this option after reading from the forums. Im curious if you can run a e30 mix along with meth? If so, who would provide the safest tune for this kind of set up? I just bought a flex fuel it upgraded pump for my car. Haven't installed it yet. Having troubles finding a tuner. Could use your guys opinions on this!
