High RPM Stutter

2015 m235ix. On higher rpm (5k+), I'm getting "stutters". I've already installed NKG plugs, but no difference. I'm still on stock ignition coils, but I'm not convinced it's the coils. Am I looking at a fuel issue? Injectors/Fuel Pump? I've notice the same issue on a couple Youtube channels but they haven't figured out the solution.

Any modifications to the motor?

Although I am running MHD Stg1, it happened before I did the flash. I thought maybe the flash would help. Other than that, no. It was happening on completely stock engine.

if it was doing it before mhd why did you not figure out what it was before flashing lol
