Thanks - reminded me I need to look in my garage to make sure the car is still there.

Drove it to the dealer to adopt it's younger sibling?

Took it out of storage and drove it 8 weeks to the day after right rotator cuff repair surgery. Painless and easy (wonderful physical therapists!) and so great to be back in it again! I missed it...other than staring at it in the garage for two months!

I didn't get the cold weather package on my M235i, so I DIYd some heated seats. Technically not a "retrofit" but it should get the job done!

It hasn't happened yet; that's why I left it with a question mark!

I took my wife to test drive a 230 and an A3. She likes the look of the A3 better, but preferred the driving experience of the 230. Plus, the dealer has one on a ship on it's way configured nearly exactly as she would have (except it has Apple Car Play added; we don't need that). When we saw the build sheet, it was like karma telling her which way to go and we put a deposit down to hold the car.

So, in about 2 weeks, I will likely be driving my car to pick up it's younger sibling. Pics to follow. We might have to add an official Seaside Blue thread...

Coco Mats!

Love these. Also shoved in drop stops - these have already saved a couple of USB sticks and keys from going into the black hole.

What are you referring to that you love in this picture, is it the floor mats?

Changed up my interior with some vinyl wrap. First time doing it. Fun and frustrating at same time. Lol.

Finzip,

Notice a huge difference between halogen and xenon besides the angle eyes? I haven't had any issues in the dark so far, but I am used to old school halogen.

I have had them in our MINI Roadster S for 4 years and only now are "red dots" in mine beginning to fade. They are very robust, lay flat and really enhance the look of the vehicle. Contemplating getting a set for our new 230i xDrive.

Not that I've experienced. The rubber backing is a huge improvement over the mats from the 70s/80s. It keeps the debris from coming through & holds the mat's shape. I have them in my E39 (daily driver) & 2002tii (pleasure ride).

Not at all. Plus I just shake out the dirt which goes down to the rubber backing so it never looks dirty like carpet does.
