228i Exhaust/Downpipe

Hello All,
I am wondering if there are any exhausts/downpipe options for the 228i.

Or is it possible to get M235i aftermarket exhaust/downpipe and put it in 228i.

Anyone know or tried it?

There is a couple of options such as the supersprint exhaust and I believe they also have the DP for sale as well for the 228.

I have a 228 M Sport myself and actually replaced the stock muffler and diffuser with the M Performance versions of the m235i. Looks and sounds great. There is a couple of threads where I have posted pictures.
So yes, you can fit the m235i MPE on your 228, but you will need the diffuser as well. Piping is slightly off and your exhaust shop will need to build a sleeve to get the piping fitted. Good luck.

thanks for the response, does that mean it will be ok to get other aftermarket brand like Remus since m235i MPE was able to fit on 228i with some sleeve adjustment?

I have a Supersprint downpipe for the 228 for sale if anyone is interested. Extremely high quality! I imported it direct from Italy.

Sounds really loud, but I love how it sounds between shifts and when you let off the gas.

How is the drone inside the car?

Drone isn't too bad. I've gotten used to it so I can't tell anymore
I've had many local friends do similar muffler deletes and they love it!

I'm sure it sounds amazing in person.
But I came from a built e85 straight pipe turbo lancer and I told myself I'm over loud exhausts lol.
