Remus Axleback/ midpipe combo ***

Hey all. Recently ordered the remus catback exhuast with racing non resonated midpipes through a local shop. Shop employee pushed me to put in a down payment (of 50%! crazy right...) because "remus is having a sale and we need to move fast before inventory depletes." Sounds reasonable. It's been a bit less than a week since i've ordered, and i'm now being informed that the midpipe that I was told would be coming in 2 weeks will actually not come before january. They are trying to get me to get the remus axleback that they have in stock and pair it with either a dinan midpipe or AWE midpipe. Are all these midpipes the same diameter and material? Do they involve cutting the stock exhuast? Only way I'd accept is if the midpipes are pretty much identical and my stock exhuast will remain intact. Sorry for the lengthy post, frustrated. All input is appreciated! (2020 M240i Coupe)

I have an 18 m240i and did a Dinan midpipe with Remus axleback. I had to shave about 6" off the midpipe and reverse sleeve it to fit. Took the midpipe to an exhaust shop and they expanded the diameter. Sounds awesome but wasn't a direct fit. Not sure 2020 is different though.
