BMW 228i BC Racing coil-overs installed

A couple of weeks ago, I had the BC Racing coil-overs installed on my 2014 228i M Sport. I am very happy with this setup (installed and setup by Trackspec Autosports in Fremont, CA). The car is lowered about 1" with -2.0 degree camber settings front and rear. The car rides firmer but smooth on the street, not bumpy and no bouncing. Just smooth.

I took it to Thunderhill (East side w/ bypass) last Saturday with SpeedSF. It was cold and wet in the morning. I have a fresh set of Toyo R888R 245/40/17 mounted on a set of D-Force LTW5 17x8.5. I passed most the cars in Red group in the morning with the exception of a Cayman S. In the afternoon, we managed to have a dry session (last session). I managed to get few laps of 2.11 and only passed by a track setup E92 M3. Not bad at all for this baby bimmer. Given this is the first time testing this setup at Thunderhill and barely had 15-20 minutes of dry track time, I think I can bring the lap time down to 2.08 or 2.07's in the future. For a 3400 lb car with 240 HP, that's pretty decent. This says a lot about how balance the car is and the flawless handling with this setup. So far, I am extremely impressed with BC racing coil-overs.

Sorry for my late response.

Cost of install around $900 with alignment. I went straight from stock to coils.

Tire rub. None.

The car felt great at the track. Perfect balance and smooth!

Do you still have them on the car ? Can you share any impressions on how they last over time ?
