Hey guys so i'm picking up my 2016 BMW m235i Coupe Xdrive next week and was having a hard time deciding what mod(s) I should do first.

Option 1 is installing a proper Chargepipe with JB+ tune and a BMW intake for around $900 CAD.

Option 2 is installing an exhaust such as Fabspeed or M Performance exhaust without getting an M-Performance or similar diffuser for roughly $1200 since i'm running stock. (Muffler bypass no aftermarket down-pipe included because i'd not spend 3k for an exhaust right now.)

Option 3 is getting a proper diffuser and chargepipe/JB+ tune right now and save the exhaust/Intake for later down the line.

What do you guys suggest I should do first?

I have the same car as you, and I put on a chargepipe (VRSF) and went with bm3 Stage 1 93 OTS tune.

Love it.

I drove the car for 3 years while still under warranty and just did the modding this spring. I did a LOT of comparison shopping and picked the bm3 because of all the praise/ease of use/options.

My 2 cents (5 cents CAD LOL).
