B58 m240i clutch upgrade to the 550i clutch
Hi all I am in the process of upgrading the clutch on my m240i b58 to the 550i clutch kit. Everyone I have spoken to says they ordered the original bmw kit that is the LUK that apparently doesn't come with clutch fork. I have ordered a sachs kit that includes everything inc the clutch fork do I use the 550i clutch fork or use my old original b58 clutch fork. Thanks in advance I am hoping that someone on this forum has also fitted the sachs kit

I would go to www.realoem.com and enter the last 7 characters of your car's VIN. Hit enter and bookmark the page. Scroll down to "clutch and find the part # for the part in your car. Click on the part # (it's a link) to see what other models use the part. The 550 may use the same part #.
