Tire Rotation
Hi guys!
I was recently at my dealer and thought I should get tire rotation done while I was there, but didn't feel like spending the $100 that they quoted me for it. I know I can get it done for half or less at my local shop, but is there indeed any benefit of getting it done at a BMW dealer? The SA said they do rotation + balancing. Is the balancing really any helpful? Any input would be appreciated! |

A few things - our cars with bolts and not hub mounted wheel studs - take a little more technique not to scratch the wheel or brake caliper.
Hopefully the wheels bolts are not over tightened. If your tire shop is familiar with higher end cars that’s important but many shops are sloppy and scratch or over tighten wheels. Last edited by overcoil; 09-27-2018 at 09:41 AM.. |

America's tire will rotate tires for free, regardless of it you bought tires from them or not.
