Just an FYI, received a letter from BMW NA stating my car, MY14 has a Limited Warranty Extension for the "In-Tank Fuel Pump"

This brings the total number of limited warranty extensions to 3.

1. Timing Chain
2. Thermostat - already replaced
3. In-Tank Fuel Pump.

Your supposed to register your car with BMW just for the fact of potential recalls is what I always thought, but who knows ?

I bought mine used and received my letter in the mail today

also, any part you buy from BMW carries its own 2 year warranty if you did not know.

They now ask for your VIN # if you buy something from bmw service at my local dealer.
