H&R says MSRP is $459/each. I don't think people have paid $1000 for a pair?

Any stocking distributor in the US yet that can sell? Turner!?

Both front and rear subframes need to be removed, or lowered, to install and/or remove sway bars. The new design used by BMW (not just in the F2x chassis) is nothing like other models and requires a little more work to get the bars in and out.

We (Turner) have the rear bar listed. The front bar will be listed shortly. We are selling the front bar for $399 and the rear for $319.

Just an FYI ground-control is releasing adjustable sway bar links and camber plates for the F22 towards the end of the month. They said to watch for the announcement on facebook by liking their page

Yeah not for the backyard mechanic. Unless you have a lift, and a way to support the engine while dropping the front sub frame and all the other bits in the way, well forget it. Mine took 8 hours on the front, 3 rear, but we did some other stuff while in there, inter cooler charge pipes ext.

The H&R anti-roll bar is available on the USA website but not on the official German website yet. I wonder why...

BTW, the front roll bar is adjustable with 2 holes. Which setting are you guys planning on? Stiff or less stiff? Will it make a big difference on the road? Thanks.

I cannot see either of them listed in Turner, at least not when browsing for F22 parts... are they listed as F30 or another model parts?

Or maybe should just wait about 1-2 weeks more?

The rear bar should be listed currently....the web team added it the other day. I'm not sure if they added the front bar yet. If not, it will be added soon.

My bars just came in today. I'll try to get some photos of them tomorrow. I think they will be installed Friday, so I'll try and get photos of that as well....if I can make it happen.

Sway bars are installed. My first impression, wow! The car is MUCH flatter in corners (ie: on/off ramps). I have an event on the 27th, so I'm interested to see what the "limit" is with these new bars. But, so far they are awesome!

As far as install goes....it's tedious. Like mentioned before, you have to lower both the front and rear subframes. Plan on a professional shop charging 6-8hrs. If you have access to a lift and are mechanically inclined, plan on a very good portion of your day. If you plan on doing this in your driveway, DON'T.

I'll report back after my next event.

PS - both bars are now listed on the Turner Motorsport site.

BTW, which stiffness setting did you choose for the front sway bar? Any big difference between the 2 settings?

I chose the stiffest position for the front. I have not changed it since installing them last Friday....I might try the soft position half way through the day at my next event (next weekend).

I'll try and get some photos up shortly of the bars.

Hi.

Do these bars work for the M235i RWD?

At Turner it says it's only for 228i.

I'm guessing they are the same, for the 228i and the M235i.

Yes, I'm lowered on H&R springs. Surprisingly, I didn't need adjustable links.

I have the same setup, the joints on the bar will start to fail after a track day or two, or some spirited driving. Also you won't notice it unless the car is loaded a certain way, but there is some interference. Get it on a rack in a few weeks and you will see where it rubbed. I am using the stiffer setting. I have the Kmak camber plates, and the m3 Lca so it may not be as dramatic on just the springs.

I have F8x LCA's as well.

What adjustable links are you using?
