I just got custom tune. Will I have to retune after wmi or the dme can adjust itself?

you need a retune after methanol injection, you do not need a return after the heat exchanger

So this means if I run out of wmi tank on the road, my engine is compromised and I cant do wot right?

Most setups have a failsafe that will check for meth and limit power once you are out
