17x8 flow form wheel that fits with m performance brakes?

Does anyone know of a 17x8 wheel that will cover the m performance brakes on the m235i?

I'm all over the place with wheel deciding.

If you can wait a while my F23 is going in for service and I plan to take one of my 17" Apex wheels that are currently in my E46. Not sure when, sometime this summer. Going to have them test fit.

Hey I have already checked tire rack and spoke to an associate there. They do not have them. Thanks for the link though.

IIRC, and I may not, those are Tire Rack's own wheels. If I'm correct, it would seem likely that they will have them...at some point. Might be worth asking.

I'd love to hear if these brakes do clear. From the diagrams I've seen our 17x9 ET42 and our 17x8.5 ET40 wheels will not clear the 370mm M performance kit on these cars, but we haven't done a real-world fitment test on this setup yet.

There may be a little confusion. I have M Performance on my F31 no way the 17 would fit. That said I thought OP meant the blue M Sport brakes - like I have standard on my F23 - those may indeed fit. That's what I'm going to test when I get a chance.

Ah gotcha. Our 17" wheels clear the 340mm rotor brakes including the blue caliper variant. Any of the 370mm brakes are the ones that we can't clear. I feel like I'm linking this page quite a bit today, but this explains what I'm talking about (hopefully): https://www.bimmerworld.com/About-Us...-Brakes/#M235i

That's a good page. 17s clear without spacers?

I wouldn't run the 370 brakes on a 2-series. They look silly with 18s and going up to 19s on that car isn't good for bad road conditions. My 3-series it's fine I can still get enough rubber under the car.

The 17x8.5 ET40s cleared the Blue 340mm brakes on Jake's 228i with no spacers needed but the clearance was tight. I wouldn't recommend it for a winter setup where snow might build up inside the wheelwell.

Got it, thank you. I've got Arc 8 18 for summer - looking for a winter option in 17". The pickings are mighty slim.
