Good call too - looking at that gunk makes me shudder to think of it blowing through the engine (and those horror shots from the catalog pages - of the completely crusted up intake valves). I think I'm extra leery, b/c every time I hear about blasting with walnut shells I flash back to helping a buddy clear all the squirrel and mouse nests out of a car he'd pulled out of a barn (picture an entire dual exhaust system, and 3 cylinders, filled with acorns).

Was the install as simple as they make it out to be?

Yes, once you find the mounting point on the fender, it takes 20 minutes to install.
