Carly
Purchased a Carly and its adaptor. Hooked it up and the Carly app does not even recognize the Carly universal adaptor. The red lights are on and also the blinking blue light are ok on the adaptor.
I tried the same phone with Bimmercode and the veepeak adaptor and it works fine. I have contacted Carly and they have been asking what the problem was. It is very frustrating as we are in different time zone and each email exchanges takes a day or so to reply. Anyone has this happen to them with the Carly adaptor? |

Dumb question: have you hit the “connect” button in the app? Their UI is a little cluttered IMO and it wasn’t completely obvious to me when I first got my dongle.
