228i UNBEARABLE REAR DECK RATTLE! PLS HELP ME!
2014 BMW 228i. I have this truly god awful rattle coming from my rear deck and i cannot seem to isolate the exact cause. I've tried loading sound foam into the gap between the rear deck and back windshield to no avail. Any ideas? It seems to really rattle intensely at 2000 RPM. I posted a video to my youtube page so you all could hear it. Here is the link

I cannot hear the sound well enough, but I would take some stepwise actions to try to diagnose:
- Tape decklid shut with painter's tape and test - Remove that, fold rear seats down one side at a time and test - Use tape across perimeter of rear glass onto body and test

The child lock cover things rattle like crazy. All I did to fix was unclip them and it seemed to fix it but I'd look into doing something to them.
