I just reread your post, and a few questions came to mind:

Did you decide to further develop your car in any way?

How is your tire wear with 2+ degrees of negative camber?

When running 2:16s at the Glen, did you ever feel like you needed more braking capacity (e.g., a soft pedal or pads going away on you)?

Thanks.

for track DSC off, hold the button for 10 seconds.

Your in the instructor group, i'm pretty sure you can handle the car.

Know that anything other than Sport/ Sport = has a less powered throttle map, means the car will absolutely feel slower in DSC off. If you are not tuned, its pretty bad.

So whats that mean??? If you are a good driver, you can leave it in Sport +, and probably never have the nannies interfere. If you want to hoon, DSC off.

This is good info, as I'm running DSC=OFF on the track, and the throttle is certainly...I don't even know how to describe it...soft, vague, slow, hurry-up-and-wait...yeah, like that. For whatever reason, I hadn't considered a tune as a solution to this issue. I've come to this car from an S50B32 with Schrick 284s, the OEM CF airbox feeding six throttle bodies, headers, and a MoTeC tune, so I'm not expecting this car to match the S50's level of throttle response.

Partly it's that I have only one long-ago experience with an aftermarket tune for a street car (FWIW, it was a positive experience). My thinking on a tune for this car has been that because of the warranty I'd go with Dinan. As more power hasn't been a goal, I haven't pulled the trigger - but, if better throttle response with DSC=OFF is in the cards, then I'm going to take a hard look at this.

Pretty sure that the only difference is the throttle sensitivity. Your actual power output does not change with driving modes, so it might feel slower due to the accelerator pedal mapping but it doesn't actually change the car. So in Sport modes, you gives 20% throttle, car outputs 40% for example; In non-Sport modes, you give 20%, it outputs 20%. However, 100% is still 100% in any mode.

That makes sense, esp. 100% input = 100% output.

What I'd like more of is response when pressing or releasing the pedal the distance of one or two credit card thicknesses while in the middle of a turn. I'm not getting anything remotely like that, and I'm still adjusting to it. My sense of it is that being a street car that's just the way it is.
