M235I / M240I Dinan Resonator delete pipe like new

Car is going back to stock. Used this pipe for less than a week. Fits perfectly with stock exhaust or MPE. Around 25% increase in sound with a more exotic deeper tone. Paid $425 with shipping and tax. $350 firm.

Are you sure this will fit the 240?

Dinan has 2 different part numbers between the 235 and 240

For m240i it will fit but the muffler end will have to be welded on. For the m235i it is plug and play, just one cut is required past the oem resonator.
