Definitely do a whole separate winter wheel/tire setup; swapping tires on and off rims will wear the tire beads and, with balancing, will end up costing as much as a decent set of winter wheels after a few seasons. And usually some up for sale on the classifieds thread here, depending on your willingness to travel:
