M235i - Alarm going off from other car starting
My 2014 M235i alarm goes off nearly every morning when my neighbour starts his v8 truck. Any idea how to stop it from happening?
Nothing has changed on the car recently other than switching to Winter tires. It's just strange because this hasn't happened at all for months of parking like this. |

Did this happen last year in winter? I bet his truck is starting up more rich/higher rpm than summer temps and making a lot more air pulses (aka noise) on startup.
Possible to back in and park the car backwards so your shock/motion sensor in the alarm is on the other side of the car? |
