windshield washer fluid slow refill

After intensive use of my window washer , i wanted to refill my washer fluid, but how in gods name to refill ?? , if i poor a small bit of fluid in the reservoir it takes 2 minutes for maybe just 10cc of fluid ... is there some fix for this ?

This doesn't sound right - no doubt as you suspected. I can refill my reservoir with a minute or so of pouring. Although the fill rate is relatively slower than most cars with a wider funnel.

Question: Have you been using BMW washer concentrate, or some other product? Some owners report slow fluid flow after mixing BMW with non-BMW washer fluid - there are a number of extensive threads on this.

i used non bmw washer fluid, but it was my first refill, so the problem was already there i think, i will take it to the dealer next week for checking. i will let know what the result is. thanks for the answer

Never use rain x or any other washer fluid that has similar properties. It will gunk up the sensor and you will have issues. Only use either BMW washer or the cheap blue stuff

yep, they replaced the fillbox, they said it was a common issue , no further details i got. but now it works
