93 or 94, which do you use?

So im running BM3 (93 map) but i've been filling up at Petro for 94. I have not yet filled up with 93 and was just wondering what is the real difference, is one better than the other and what are you guys using for your cars?

The extra octane will help so you don't get detonation with advanced timing. BM3 took that into consideration while tuning the map. 94 wont hurt one bit, but you'd be ok running 93. Higher octane is always better for performance, so if you're not worried about the extra cost (however minimal) then I'd run the 94.
