Replace stock intake pipe on stock airbox

Hi,

I remember when I had an IS300 there was a guy that made intake pipes that connected to the stock air box. This allowed better airflow and more noise, cause the baffles were all deleted. Is there anything like that for the 228i/n20 engine? I rather keep the stock air box with a dry drop in filter than go to a cone filter, cause it's California, and we have issues with cops. Any ideas?
