Don't shoot me down for this, but I've made an error whilst doing a DIY transmission oil change on my m235i with the zf8 gearbox.

Basically after emptying the transmission and changing the pan, I did the first fill.
Then I started the car, ran it through the gears, and proceeded to do a second fill.

Now is where I made the mistake, what I SHOULD have done was wait for temps to reach 30-40°c, and do third fill, but I COMPLETELY forgot

I only remember after I'd packed everything away, giving myself a pat on the back, and realised what I'd done.

I take I shouldn't drive the car until I've had the oil level checked?

Yeah, the transmission is sensitive to under- and overfilling.
