Sad sad day for my m235i

11/20/18 UPDATE
Insurance contacted me today, as of now car will be repairable. Current estimated repair cost stands at 13k. Tomorrow they will pull apart suspension, rear axles, etc to verify no further damage.
To my surprise, Insurance company valued my vehicle at just over 32k.

12/17/18: UPDATE
Initial repair estimate was pretty spot on.
Current total is sitting at $13.1K.
Completion date is slated for 1/18/18

Other partyís insurance is denying any liability, the driver had a witness(who happens to be a personal friend) thatís claiming ďI came out of no whereĒ.
My insurance is backing me 100% so for now they will fight for my deductible to be reimbursed and it will be a not at fault accident for me.

I was t boned at a four way stop

At the minimum Rear axle,wheel/tire, quarter panel, passenger door, and side skirt all need to be replaced.
Paint and body work, etc

What do you guys think, total loss??
I believe California insurance companies go by the Total Loss Formula (TLF): Cost of Repairs + Salvage Value ≥ Actual Cash Value
