OEMConcept not responding?

Hello everyone!

I own an E90 but this seems like a more active forum for OEMConcept customers.

Has anyone ever heard from them or their representatives? I tried to email them at oemconcept@gmail.com but alas, no response.

I was just interested in some 18in 437M reps and I heard good reviews about them. If anyone has heard of them as of recently please feel free to chime in.

Thanks! - Mike

They are spotty at best.

I had good luck before the pandemic. Since, nothing but crickets. They do not respond to anything on the forum, so keep trying email. But I have a feeling they are suffering from the same supply chain issues most of the world is experiencing.

Let us know if you get some wheels!

I was going to post in their original thread but saw this one as well so figured I'd provide a warning here too.

I ordered a set of wheels from them in November (paid in full) for my M240, so they required machining.

I checked in with them in December and was told the machine shop was backed up. I then checked in at the beginning of January and was told they were ready but they couldn't be shipped because of COVID.

Since then I've sent multiple emails and a PM on the forums and heard nothing. I have no wheels, and my money is gone. I usually give the benefit of the doubt which is why I've waited so long but at this point there is no excuse I can think of.

That sucks. And I am sorry to hear. But it sure seemed like they disappeared all of a sudden. Ugh. Dispute the CC charge?
