Ideas to Prevent Carbon Build Up

Was wondering if anyone in here has had any luck with any coating/product out there to coat their exhaust tips and preventing or slowing down carbon build up.

I have the MP Carbon tips and am trying my luck with Meguiars Ultimate Fast Finish as well as some armor all wheel protectant spray but has anyone had any luck with anything else?

So far the Meguiars doesn't seem to do much, it might be burning off or just making it easier to wipe clean.

Haven't had many days with the Armor All yet.

A brief update:

So far, the Armor All is definitely out performing the Meguiars. I've had it on for more days with noticeably less build-up of carbon on both tips.

I will soon be coating mine (the BMS chrome ones) with Pinnacle Diamond Wheel coating.
I'll let you know how it goes.

Direct-Injection engine exhaust is so damn unforgiving. With my previous car, I gave up after a few years...it became an exercise in futility.

If I ever get around to cleaning mine up on the 2er, I'm going to try coating them with a layer (or 5) of Bilt Hamber Auto-Balm.

I've just installed a catch can. That seems to be helping.
