Mnt Buller drive , M240

Hi Guys,

Bunch of friends are driving up to Mnt Buller tomorrow. When I told few of them what I drive they are scaring me for driving my car up.

Is there any real reason why I shouldn't? It seems stupid and nobody can say why they think it is a bad idea to drive it to Mnt Buller.

Thanks a lot.

Don't drive too close to the car in front. Stone chips will occur

Nothing but driving slower than normal should be sufficient.

Normal tips like braking in a straight line, keep it in normal mode (not sport), easy on the gas pedal, give a few more car lengths than normal. Basically to drive with common sense.

I'm unsure what the conditions are like there, but if you're really worried pick up a set of snow chains (as at the end of the day you're running high performance summer tyres)
