Exclamation M235i BM3 Stage 1 w/Catless DP Datalog Question

Hey everyone, new to the forum. Upgraded from an 06 STI to a 2016 M235i.

I had the car for a few months and bought some parts off a fellow forum member and pulled the trigger on a BM3. So far my mods are VRSF Chargepipe, VRSF Catless DP, and an AA Intercooler. I didn't want to push the car too hard so I just flashed the Stage 1 91 map. Power feels good.. but is there any drawbacks from running Stage 1 as opposed to Stage 2? Any input is greatly appreciated I live in CA and the best gas available in town is 91 from Shell.

At the bottom of the table (Googles Docs URL), I saw it had picked up some knock. Literally for just one cell each, but don't know how serious of a problem it is. I know knock on my old STI was pretty common, but how prevalent should one be picking up knock?

EDIT: Also added the BM3 datalog sheet.

Thanks Mike, I flashed from Stage 1 over to Stage 2 (because of the catless downpipe + intercooler) and I took some more logs and sent them over to them, just waiting for now. If anyone else is interested in taking a look and providing some feedback, here they are.

Thank you for your feedback. Is this jump in temperature normal? I'm currently running an Active Autowerke intercooler, but I see this jump frequently. I did some more pulls this morning and saw a jump from 77 degrees to 100.

Edit: Also, how bad is picking up 1 knock detected value (Short 0-60 log from today) in the lower rpm ranges? I exported it to Excel format and see it just takes up one cell, so I'm assuming this is a fraction of a second?

A knock doing a 0-60 isn't uncommon. During a 40 or 60+ you shouldn't get one...
FMIC during WOT shouldn't rise 20-30 degrees.. 0-10 maybe.. I have VRSF HD and during WOT maybe 5 degree rise.

So far haven't seen knock in 40+ so fingers crossed, and shit is this AA intercooler that bad? I'll talk to Mike about getting a VRSF HD intercooler, I need to run cooler in this 100+ degree weather in Cali right now.
