1/8 mile results
Hey guys so i decided to take my cars to the drag strip last night. Managed to get a 8.41@83.11. Looking forward to getting a few more mods and going again and hopefully seeing some improvement. What are you guys getting in the 1/8?

A 8.4@83mph in the 1/8 mile equates to around a 13.1@105mph in the 1/4 mile. Your car is running just as it should. Your 60 foots are quite good for 225 width street tires. Nice job.
FYI, CA tracks are not known for kicking out great times. If you were to run your car at a track in the Northeast such as Atco or Englishtown, you'd like be going 12.9@108mph+. Some tracks are just quicker and more "favorable" than others. |

Last weekend i ran my M235i at new england drag way, probably did around 12 runs.. I had a best 1/4 mile time at 12.7 with my JB4 map2 on and launch control. But i was running 12.8's, 12.9's, 13.0's...

I wish I still had a strip nearby. I'd love to see what my stock M235 6MT would do on 26" slicks. With a realistic lower 1.8 60 foot, I'd think a 12.7@107mph would be possible.
