He didn't have any problems installing it, didn't have to modify anything. No one knows the max psi, I don't think anyone's really pushed it yet. I'll start tuning mine again once I get back in town.

I was running the BM3 STG 2+ e30 map. I'm sure I was pushing around 500whp with it at 20-21 psi. I started custom tuning with Bend Calibration when they found the crack, never got past the base tune.

Just got my 6th revision the other day. I'm not sure how much he has it turned up but it pulls. It's on e50, this update is for e60-65 so I need to get more e in the tank first. I think he's going up to e85 then back down to 93.

Hey, can you and others with these tell me how the turbos are holding up? Time driven and mileage? I’m in the market for new turbos and this is the only thread with good information.

Unsure about this. CTS didn’t release the specs on the turbo itself just states it’s a gtx3582r style turbo housing

Agreed. All good here. Have about the Same mileage with new manifold putting about 22lbs at peak.

Cts just updated the website saying 20lbs max for this turbo…. Don’t know how if it’s just them being conservative due to all the flack they’ve been getting with the cracked manifolds.

Mine hits 22psi then goes down to 17-18psi on the top end. Ya, I'm not to worried about going over 20psi. Looks like we maxed out my Stg 2 hpfp or my lpfp isn't kicking on. Ordeed the Fuel It FF kit with a fuel pressure sensor. Need it see that's going on. I plan on getting the lift kit also, didn't think it would max out my fuel setup. Crazy.

I’m having the same issue it’s usually the lpfp starving the hpfp. I’m getting the pr 2.5 with the single walbro 535. I don’t plan on running any E blends so I should be good with that.

Was going to fit hpfp b58 tu pump and wanted to know which lpfp upgrade to buy also heard read loads of n55 peeps running this b58 tu hpfp I know there is some trimming and stuff to do but is a bit of budget way to upgrade any advise on lpfp and hpfp greatly appreciated I won't be running any e blends also maybe octane booster here or there also did hear once u upgrade lpfp there is a module or something that overheats?

So if I was you I would just skip the b58tu pump as you will just have to replace it eventually with a bigger turbo, anyone who tells you different isn’t being honest it just doesn’t have the fuel rate to push enough fuel for a bigger turbo. As for the lpfp if you run a single bucketed walbro 535 it won’t burn up the ekpm module. The walbro 525 and the 450 do. Fuel it has a stage 3 kit that comes with a stock fuel pump and a secondary bucketless 525 pump that operates off a Hobbs switch that will prevent the module from over heating. I just opted with the precision raceworks 2.5 single 535 because it’s all I needed as it states it’s good for up to 675 whp and it’s a simple swap in and out no wiring up the Hobbs switch necessary.

This CTS unit is a stock location turbo, meaning it fits stock downpipe, turbo inlet, and turbo outlet. CTS has custom turbine housing and compressor housing to make these connections fit - they're not using a standard Garret style turbine housing. Not sure if CTS is using the same v-band connection as a vband Garret/Pulsar, but even if they are a Pulsar won't fit because it won't have CTS's custom turbine or compressor housing. Plus the CTS manifold does not have a connection for an external wastegate.

Not to thread jack, but real quick - If you're set on a Pulsar gtx3584rs and external gate, you should look into a Speedtech kit set up for the Garret equivalent. Any questions about Speedtech, and a seperate thread would be a good idea since this one's for CTS

Good day friends. I been through this whole form now and it is scary to see. I just bought this turbo with update manifold and has a lot of upgrade that you with it but seems like I will not be able to reach my 700whp with my build motor and everything. Shit. You think there is hope to see that power with this turbo?

No one has pushed the CTS turbo yet. So we really don't know but I don't see it hitting 700whp. I'd go Speedtech
