Intake Pipe for B58 engine

Hey guys just wondering if anyone got the B58 intake pipe installed? Saw this video and thought it might be a good idea to get them

Depends on how much power you're running. The stock B58 charge pipe is generally much stronger than the N55, but plastic is still plastic, so I'd guess anything beyond a stage 1 tune warrants it. Otherwise, there's no need.

Thanks mate. I've actually fitted the Masata CP on just as a preventive measure, but was thinking about the intake pipe. Not sure if that would help with better airflow do you know?

Oh, you mean the intake leading to the turbo. Well, it can give you a couple extra horsepower, but it's really not significant, especially at a stock or close to stock tune. The real reason to buy an intake for the B58 is turbo noise.
