IAT Higher After Downpipe

Seem to be reading slightly higher IAT today after having a Downpipe installed. Can’t see any reason a Downpipe would effect intake temps. Anyone else have this experience?

Downpipe could potentially get hotter than the oem catted one hence the higher underhood temperature ? Just a wild guess here.
