Genuinely curious as to why the carbon fiber? It's expensive but what purpose does it serve as the weight difference between it and any other intake would be minimal and won't be noticed. Does it keep air temps cooler? I couldn't imagine spending $1000-$1300+ on an intake when that would pay for an intercooler, chargepipe, and down pipe which give actual performance gains.
