228i base

i've got a 228i base with the same dimensions on all 4 wheels. does anyone have any recommendation on when to do a rotate and balance? i've asked my local dealer and the service adviser couldn't give me a definitive answer (surprise surprise). $60 to have it done at the dealer.

Believe in the owners manual for square and staggered they recommend not rotating.
