Hey

I bought a new 220i Convertible, and apparently the dealer I bought it from has not activated the Connecteddrive (even though the car is capable of CD). So I get this message if I try to add this car to my CD Account:

Any ideas how I can get around this ? When I checked with other dealers in my country who do have CD available on their vehicles they say it has to come from the manufacturer.

I cant for the life of me figure out why BMW wont just take my money and activate the service !

It may just not have been activated before it was delivered to you. Take it to BMW service center and they should be able to activate it without hassle

Unfortunately I already did and they said that its based on the way they order it or something like that. In other words they know it's not active and can't help me.
