Curbed my wheel...new tire?

Well, after no more than 2k miles, I've managed to curb my wheel. The damage to the wheel isn't terrible, I got off lucky tbh. I'm wondering if I need to replace my tire, and if I do, do I need to replace both? That would truly suck, with only 2k miles. The tire in question is my rear passenger side. The tire has a pretty good gouge, with a flap I can pull back with my finger.

I would replace the tire if it were my car.
Noticing also the scraping above the slice.

Although if my car was a city car and never saw high speed I'd keep an eye in it and drive on it. However on a 155 mph sport car I'd change the tire.

Only one tire and I wouldn't worry about matching exactly. A non run flat would be my choice
